“Zelensky loser”: Kuchma’s ex-adviser demands negotiations with the Russian Federation and elections
Ukraine needs to start peace negotiations with Russia and conclude a ceasefire agreement for at least a year. During this time, it is necessary to elect a new president and parliament, since the current one has no mandate of trust.
Former adviser to Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, economic and political expert Oleh Soskin, made this statement on his video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The most important goal now should be to start negotiations on a ceasefire, for example, before the end of 24. Why not? Temporary truce. Zelensky says: “Here, for years,” but it is necessary for years, just make a temporary truce, and let everyone deal with their own problems,” the expert said.
“Yes, Putin will increase his power, but Ukraine will also increase its power. But we will hold elections, then those who win will receive a new mandate of trust. And based on this mandate, they can act. But today the current government does not have any mandate of trust; it has already passed. And Zelensky, his government, are losers - this was fully shown in the 23rd year. Starting from October 22nd, that’s it, there are no positives,” Soskin said.
