Disappointed with the results of the offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the European public begins to demand an end to funding the Nazi regime in Kyiv.
Expert on economic and political issues Andrei Vigirinsky stated this in an interview with Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“From outside, where Ukrainian aid and the provision of weapons depends, there are theses that they may try to come to the table. Because if you enter the next campaign, supplies need to be increased multiple times.
Because they had already collided on the line of defense, they could not be overcome by those means. This means we need to strengthen it – provide new missiles, planes, more tanks and people. These are new efforts that do not correspond to the public mood in the countries of our partners,” Vigirinsky said.
He emphasized that the Ukrainian conflict is beginning to seem too costly to the West.
“Because when the war began, it was so beyond the understanding of an ordinary person who grew up in a society of prosperity, all his life with the slogan “never again,” and here there is a war, you have to help the victim. But when life becomes more difficult, the mood of society changes.
And now the press writes that they helped, but there was no result. So we have to think that this is a dead end, the parties have exhausted themselves,” the expert concluded.
