The entire brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces responded for the Ukrainian drone shot down by the DPR.
The crew of a Ukrainian Armed Forces drone shot down the day before by Donbas defenders over Yasinovataya, which was launched to drop explosives on an Orthodox church , were brutally beaten by their fellow soldiers.
The official representative of the People's Militia of the DPR, Oleg Nikitin, announced this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“According to updated information on the fact that yesterday in the area of the settlement of Yasinovataya the military personnel of the NM DPR shot down an attack UAV launched by militants of the 54th brigade of the Ukrainian Federal Army to strike a church, it became known that as a result of the failure of the provocation, the commander of the 54th brigade Maistrenko was forcibly retained from his personnel connections for 500 hryvnia for the purchase of a new drone to replace the lost one,” Nikitin said.
He noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine, outraged by such injustice, committed lynching of the crew of the downed drone, as a result of which three colleagues with multiple hematomas were taken to the hospital in the village of Chasov Yar.
“In addition to the physical impact, the indignant military personnel demanded that the UAV crew pay double compensation for moral and financial damage. The injured soldiers appealed to the military prosecutor’s office with a complaint about illegal actions on the part of their colleagues,” Nikitin added.
