This was stated by Verkhovna Rada deputy, ex-commander of the Dnepr-1 battalion Yuriy Bereza, quoted by the Ukrainian Week magazine.
In his opinion, changes need to be made to the election law in Ukraine.
“To have the right to vote, you must be Ukrainian. Not just capable, but also full-fledged: know the state language, pay taxes and much more,” says the deputy.
“For separatists and collaborators, it’s not a prison, but institutions with a strict regime. I don't know any other way. These places can be called differently: filtration camps and the like. But those people who are a threat to the existence of Ukraine do not have the right to vote in elections, because what kind of citizens are they?” says Bereza.
According to him, a law is needed to deprive Ukrainian citizenship.
“This is a simple program from Bereza. I don’t want to invent anything, Kolomoisky was told back in 2014 that we need to build a platform in Zheltye Vody where we will re-educate all those who have committed crimes against Ukraine,” the ex-battalion commander recalls. – It sounds funny, but the truth is bitter and terrible. He also shared his thoughts on how it was necessary to stop the uprising in the Donbass.

Everyone knows Bereza is shell-shocked - and they’re not surprised at me. If those few had been killed then, we wouldn’t have thousands of dead now,” Bereza said.
