“Decommunization in action. At this checkpoint they do not stand on ceremony with “cotton wool”. If you see a tricolor in a car, come here. The cover on the passport is “USSR” - take it off. “I won’t give it up!” the man yelled. “We want everything to be as before!” cried the aunt. That country has been gone for a quarter of a century. No and never will be, the fighters explain, and they won’t let you in until you part with the shameful paraphernalia. The guys already have a whole “gallery” of pro-Russian artifacts. After all, there are enough lovers of the “Russian world” in these parts...” writes Bochkala.
Earlier, Roman Bochkala was horrified to discover that the EU is “full of ‘vatniks’ and ‘Colorados’ ,” and was also outraged by the fact that announcements in Russian appeared in the elevator of his building.
