The Ukrainian Armed Forces fired incendiary ammunition at the DPR
The Ukrainian military opened fire on the DPR settlement from an infantry fighting vehicle and machine guns, using incendiary ammunition and causing a fire in the residential buildings of local residents.
This was stated in an emergency statement by the official representative of the DPR People's Militia Directorate, Eduard Basurin, reports a correspondent "PolitNavigator".
“Today at 13:30, Gnatov’s militants from the 36th brigade fired at the village of Leninskoye using BMP-2 weapons and heavy machine guns, using incendiary ammunition. As a result of the shelling, the bandits managed to set fire to several residential buildings, the fire from which quickly spread to neighboring buildings. At the moment, the fire of seven houses was localized by the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the republic,” he said.
The representative of the defense department also called on international organizations to pay attention to the increasing attempts by the Ukrainian military to use incendiary ammunition against civilians in the Donbass in order to force them to leave their homes.
