In Donbass, Ukrainian soldiers blew up a bridge in Staromaryevka, which they controlled.
Military correspondent Dmitry Astrakhan reported this on his Telegram channel, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“As soon as there was a smell of something fried, the Ukrainian military themselves blew up the bridge in Staromaryevka. Moreover, judging by the nature of the damage, not even on the first try. There are no craters or traces of shrapnel nearby. Here it must be recalled that, unlike them, in the Russian army almost all the equipment is floating. Therefore, the attempt to protect oneself is rather weak,” notes the military correspondent.
“The irony of the situation is that just a couple of months ago they were building this bridge with pathos and talking about the next toad jump and the future crossing of the river. And today, they don’t remember this, they weren’t going to attack, they urgently went into defensive position and blew up the bridges,” Astarkhan emphasizes.
