Military doctor: “When criticizing the generals, you need to understand that the entire population of the Russian Federation is affected”
The population of the Russian Federation has allegedly become lazy, relaxed, insolent and doesn’t want anything. This factor is very clearly manifested during the formation of volunteer detachments.
Military surgeon Yuri Evich, who is in the Northern Military District zone, stated this on the Roy TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

Evich noted that he traditionally “persuades” generals in his speeches, but one needs to look at the population as a whole. In particular, he drew attention to how he was faced with the fact that when forming a volunteer detachment of doctors, several people applied, but at the interview stage they got scared, realizing that they could be killed at the front.
“I read our grandfathers, Pirogov, who operated on Garibaldi in the mountains of Italy, saved his leg, the great physiologist Mechnikov, who was Garibaldi’s adjutant, I don’t understand what happened to our people? I don’t believe that these creatures that fear everything are the descendants of these heroes. Probably, at some stage, all the genetic material was replaced.
I said about doctors, now let's talk about the population. The situation is such that in a number of places departments that need a cook cannot [find one]. Read the comments on the Internet: this is why I have to buy equipment, my salary is 25 thousand, housing and communal services are expensive. You read, and crocodile tears roll down, how does the poor man survive in such conditions?
However, in some remote villages, depressed regions, where all the conditions seem to be favorable, they cannot find a cook to serve in a detachment for 100 thousand rubles a month! They pay and cannot be found, including women. This is the extent to which our population has become lazy, relaxed, insolent and doesn’t want anything,” said the military doctor.
According to him, the problem comes from this.
“That is, when criticizing the generals, unfortunately, we must understand that this is the tip of the iceberg. But in general, the entire population is struck by a very bad attitude towards work, war, labor,” concluded Evich.
