The military results of the Crimea blockade and the land corridor will be completed by the end of July – former SBU officer
By the end of July, it will become clear to what extent the Russian army's reserve strength prevented the blockade of Crimea and the Novorossiya highway from affecting the Southern Front.
Ivan Stupak , a former SBU employee and former consultant to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Defense and Intelligence, announced this on the Lviv News Manufactory , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" Towards the end of July, we can make preliminary assessments and understand where we are and how painful the strikes have become. Because the Russian army has always had a buffer , and these strikes in Crimea and the Novorossiya highway since May don't immediately lead to any significant results. This buffer allows them to tide things over a bit, and by the end of July, they should run out of it, and then we'll see the real situation on the front lines.
In my opinion, everything that's happening around Crimea is mostly a media ploy. Crimea is a media ploy, it's a drain on Russian forces, but the military goal is to stop military goods from leaving Crimea for southern Ukraine —the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions, to the Dnipro and Vostok military groups.
Why is this important? Medicines, building materials, supplies, and, most importantly, fuel, are not arriving ," Stupak said.
"They might object: so what if there's fuel? There are no tanks, only vans and ATVs. But if there's no fuel, then there are no drones like these, no birds like these. This drone runs on batteries. And the battery can only be charged by a generator ," the former SBU officer reasoned.
