Russia is completing the creation of a unified air defense control information system, which will collect all data on drones and other threats from the sky and then transmit it to the weapons systems.
Military correspondent Alexander Sladkov spoke about this following a meeting with Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"All air defense cells are integrated into a single system. Because our units work locally, often through interaction with each other based on personal connections.
Now a system has been created that accumulates data. This system allows for situational responses to a sudden attack.
“For this, there must be a single database that is fed from all units and radar stations,” Sladkov said.
According to him, the system will automatically select the necessary means of destruction.
"If it's a large mosquito flying by, you need to use a rag; if not, use your palm. Target selection," Sladkov explained.
Earlier, another participant in the meeting with the Minister of Defense, military correspondent Alexander Kots, reported that countering Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes deep into Russia would only be established by November.
