The Serbian military delegation arrived in Belarus
A delegation from the Public Relations Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Serbia is visiting Belarus. This was reported on the official website of the Belarusian military department, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The parties discussed issues of information support for the construction and development of the armed forces, interaction in the field of publishing and cultural activities. Members of the delegation got acquainted with the work of the military information agency "Vayar" and visited the VoenTV television company.
The Russian Foreign Ministry's publication, International Affairs, recalls that Serbia is expected to receive four MiG-29 fighter jets from Belarus by 2021, which Minsk promised to donate to Belgrade. However, the publication predicts that Serbia may commission Belarusians to modernize the aircraft. The actual cost of this work in Belarus could reach up to 10 million euros per fighter jet.
