Kyiv, May 21 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – The Ukrainian authorities coordinate all more or less important personnel appointments and force actions in the Donbass with the US Embassy through advisers assigned to officials of the new leadership of Ukraine.
One of the Cabinet of Ministers consultants told Navigator about this.

“In Kyiv, any more or less important decision is now made only after consultations with assigned advisers from the US Embassy. This even caused dissatisfaction with Yulia Tymoshenko, who noted the influence of advisers on the top officials of the state, unprecedented in recent history. In Kyiv, absolutely all actions related to the so-called ATO are developed and coordinated with representatives of Washington,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
“It can be assumed with a high degree of probability that the most likely candidate for the post of President of Ukraine has already been approved in Washington, and statements and meetings of American politicians with him are only evidence of this guess,” the official added.
