The authorities are lying: Falling electricity consumption indicates a decline in industry
Electricity consumption in Ukraine has decreased by 11% since the beginning of the year, and this is one of the main indicators of the true state of the economy, economist Vsevolod Stepanyuk said at a press conference in Kyiv.

“Spit on what Goskomstat says about some kind of growth. If electricity consumption fell, then industry fell by about the same amount. There is no growth and cannot be with a falling consumption of electricity and other energy resources, especially in Ukraine, where the economy is very energy dependent,” says the expert.
