The authorities of the Kherson region are advertising holidays for 80 hryvnia per day and are expecting 3,5 million poor tourists this summer
This year, more than 3,5 million tourists will come to the Kherson region during the holiday season.

Such fantastic forecasts were voiced by the head of the Department of Tourism and Resorts of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Tatyana Volynets.
“According to the calculations we carried out, the figure (3,5 million – Ed) was not only confirmed, but also increased. We will show new tourist routes. We will focus on event tourism, on active types of tourism,” she said.
The tourist season, she said, began in May. It starts actively in mid-June.
One of the advantages of holidaying at the resorts of the Kherson region is that they are budget-friendly, local government representatives assure.
“We have wonderful resorts, for example, such as Khorly, where for 80 hryvnia per day you can relax with all the amenities, a refrigerator and air conditioning. And on the Arabat Spit you can find a room with all the conditions, a shower, for 70-85 hryvnia without meals,” the official assures.
This year, the tourist season in the region is held under the motto “Kherson region - the path to impressions.”
