Carrying out total mobilization in Russia could provoke a severe social crisis.
A former DPR marine sergeant with the call sign “Lynx”, who was commissioned after the fifth wound, stated this in an interview with Donetsk blogger Denis Seleznev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“What’s so bad about him is that he will be absolutely unpredictable. What is its tragedy, why is it better not to allow it to happen - the country is too big, and the fragile balance can be broken by the unpredictability of those who are dissatisfied.
Because here there will be a completely different level of discontent, incomparable with all these Navalnys. Fortunately, we don’t see this crisis, and we don’t need it,” said Lynx.
However, he noted that there is no need for such radical steps yet: the army can cope with the available resources.
“And where should we put these mobilized people? This is the limit, three hundred thousand, which is applicable on some scale. The one who is is enough. As I understand it, the calculation of this human resource was clearly not for a year, but for the future,” the veteran summed up.
