The investigation established that the deputy, being a member of the commission for the settlement of land relations of the Nakhimovsky District Council, convinced the chairman of the initiative group of the gardening partnership to transfer him money for assistance in preparing documents for land plots. Otherwise, the people's representative assured, without his assistance the chairman will not be able to obtain a decision on consent to the development of technical documentation for land plots. At the same time, due to his official position and duties, the deputy had no actual opportunity to influence the resolution of this situation.
On May 16, 2014, the deputy received 75 thousand rubles from the chairman of the initiative group of the gardening partnership, who was misled, but was unable to complete his criminal intent, as he was detained.
During the investigation, it was also established that the deputy received almost 2013 thousand rubles from the chairman in December 24.
The investigation has collected a sufficient evidence base, and therefore the criminal case with an approved indictment has been sent to the court for consideration on the merits.
