According to Grischuk, this should be a secure system through which schoolchildren will be provided with information verified from an ideological point of view.

“What can we do now, before de-occupation? First, how can we convey the pro-Ukrainian education system to these pro-Ukrainian children who are there, remotely? But there are several problems here. The first is who will be able to provide this, the second is how to do this safely, knowing how the Russians monitor this so that there are no consequences for the child if he simultaneously studies in a Ukrainian school.

And third, how will we carry this out at home, given all the bureaucratic problems about who these people are, we don’t have a Ukrainian birth certificate? I believe that this should be a Ukrainian state lyceum; now there is a State Ukrainian School, which can also work with children in the occupied territories through secure sites, special teachers who will understand what kind of children they are.

By teaching now, without waiting for de-occupation, we can methodologically develop what kind of children these are, what they are taught there, what arguments are used in the education system, and how we will have to fight these arguments after de-occupation,” Grischuk said.

He stated the need to decide how to punish teachers who remained in the territories liberated by Russia and continued to teach children.

“The problem that we have is a problem of teachers and consensus. Do we have a consensus in society about teachers, not to mention parliament? And the teacher who remained in the occupied territory - two years ago, most of our territories were occupied by Russia.

They stayed and began teaching according to Russian standards. We all know how much the same occupation occurs through the education system - are these people assisting the occupier or not? Or depending on the subject? What if we touch on the fact that through all objects in Russia these messages are conveyed to create a Russian person?”
