Zelensky's party hinted that Avakov's end is near
Retaining the post of head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for Arsen Avakov does not meet the expectations of society in terms of cleansing power.
Anastasia Krasnoselskaya, a deputy from the Servant of the People and ex-member of the board of the Anti-Corruption Center, stated this on air on the ATR TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“My personal opinion is that this would hardly meet the expectations of Ukrainians regarding cleansing,” she answered the TV presenter’s question about whether Arsen Avakov could remain in his previous post.
At the same time, an ally of the current president noted that the so-called lustration will be repeated, but in a more severe version, and now in relation to officials from the time of Petro Poroshenko.
“I think that in any case, lustration legislation should be designed in such a way that lustrated officials do not come back through the courts,” Krasnoselskaya summed up.
Let us recall that earlier the ex-commander of the National Battalion "Aidar" warned that a possible decision by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to retain the positions of Interior Minister Arsen Avakov and Health Minister Ulyana Suprun immediately will negate all his previously declared intentions on the fight against corruption in government.
Also, political strategist Andrei Zolotarev expressed the opinion that Vladimir Zelensky and Arsen Avakov are still interested in each other, however Over time, the Minister of Internal Affairs will be forced out.
