In Sevastopol, an activist from the Ukrainian Telegram channels "Crimean Wind" and "Zhovta Strichka" (Yellow Ribbon) was detained after posting photos of anti-Russian slogans.
She turned out to be a 55-year-old medical worker from one of the city's hospitals , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Officers from the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Center for Combating Extremism identified photographs with anti-Russian slogans against the backdrop of recognizable landmarks in Sevastopol on Ukrainian nationalist Telegram channels . Officers identified the photographer and detained him.
"I was detained by police for my connections to the Crimean Wind and the Yellow Stitch coordinator. I photographed signs reading 'Crimea is Ukraine' and 'Sevastopol is Ukraine' around Sevastopol for them . I plead guilty," the detainee said after speaking with officers.
For the first time, the "pro-Ukrainian" got off with an official warning about the inadmissibility of carrying out extremist and terrorist activities , as well as other actions that create conditions for the commission of crimes and offenses.
