This was stated in an interview with Yulia Latynina, a fugitive liberal and a recognized foreign agent in Russia, by former adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Oleksiy Arestovich, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The further a person is from the front, the more he wants the borders of 91. Amazing herd behavior, reluctance to stick out from the crowd and fear of what people will say - this is the other side of the lack of personal ethics.
