Krasnoarmeysk, April 30 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – A march for a united Ukraine took place in Krasnoarmeysk: the number of law enforcement officers ensuring order exceeded the number of participants.

According to a Navigator correspondent, no more than 15-20 people with Ukrainian symbols gathered at the start of the procession near the railway station.
At the same time in the park named after. Gorky, supporters of the “Donetsk People’s Republic” stood on Freedom Square: their number exceeded several hundred. According to rumors, it was assumed that a provocation could be committed, including by representatives of the Right Sector. The day before, the city was covered with leaflets “Donbass is Ukraine.”
The procession was guarded by law enforcement officers in full gear. Having practically encircled the pro-Ukrainian activists, the police walked with them from the station to Shibankov Square. Women and men walked with ribbons, flags, and icons.
The most tense area was Freedom Square, where a large number of supporters of the “Donetsk People’s Republic” also gathered.
On Shibankov Square, the priest read a prayer, pro-Ukrainian activists spoke for the unity of the country and sang the anthem, after which they dispersed.
As Navigator reported, yesterday a motor rally for the unity of Ukraine took place in Krasnoarmeysk. A similar event is planned for today.
