Donald Trump's victory in the US presidential election speaks of the decline of the monopolar world and the end of the era of post-Soviet triumph of the States. Director of the Institute of Global Strategies Vadim Karasev stated this at a press conference in Kyiv.

“Trump's victory signals the end of the US-centric world that emerged after the defeat of the Soviet Union in the Cold War. This was a triumphant period for the United States, when it was the hegemon of the world system.
They remain the leader of the world system, but no longer a hegemon, a country that can independently resolve all issues of global peace and world order. The West today is retreating and weakening.
Accordingly, the role of unions and international financial institutions will weaken. The role of the IMF, WTO, and NATO will be smaller. This needs to be understood. The role of allied obligations will be less.
Instead of alliances, large and strong regional states with a strong army and politics, moreover, with an authoritarian bias, will play a big role,” Karasev said.
