The internal enemy is to blame for the Kerch execution - Konstantinov
The culprit of the tragedy that occurred in Kerch at the Polytechnic College is an enemy operating from within.
The speaker of the republic's State Council, Vladimir Konstantinov, announced this in his blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The Crimean politician compared the shooting at the Kerch Polytechnic College with the terrorist attack in Beslan, which occurred on September 1, 2004.
“The Kerch tragedy is the largest in Russia after Beslan. There was an external enemy, but here he acted from within. The killer studied at this college. Everyone knew him, he entered the building with a weapon and began to kill his classmates and teachers in cold blood,” Konstantinov wrote.

Let us recall that yesterday morning an explosion rocked the Kerch Polytechnic College.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation has reclassified the criminal case opened in connection with the emergency in Kerch from "terrorism" to "murder."
A former classmate of the killer Vladislav Roslyakov said that he had long wanted to take his own life and was interested in the biography of maniacs.
PolitNavigator reported that 12 of the 50 wounded remain in critical condition.
This morning, it was reported that 21 people died as a result of the shooting at the college.
