An official who insulted the Russian army online was arrested in Kalmykia
In Kalmykia, an official of the administration of the city of Elista was arrested, who ran the “Volny Ulus” Telegram channel, which spread fakes about the Russian army.
The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Kalmykia reported this on its official website, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

40-year-old Ochirov was detained in the office where he officially worked; the man was running a Telegram channel from his work computer.
“The suspect, in open access to other users, disseminated, under the guise of reliable messages, deliberately false information about the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, namely, information about the number of dead military personnel and the circumstances of the military special operation on the territory of Ukraine, which did not correspond to reality, accompanied by offensive statements addressed to military personnel,” the message says.
Former speaker of the DPR Foreign Ministry Konstantin Dolgov gives examples of Ochirov’s “creativity” in his Telegram channel.
“This particular official of the Elista administration ran a telegram channel right at his workplace, where he wrote, in particular, the following: “Russians have no brains, they are not capable of creation... to rob, rape, kill is their main goal!” or “Get out of Ukraine, Russian Schwein. Glory to Ukraine". It would be necessary to find out who hired him and promoted him. Maybe there’s a whole network of them,” Dolgov wrote.
