The DPR has expanded the list of categories of preferential recipients of household coal
The DPR has expanded the list of persons entitled to reimbursement of costs for the purchase of solid household fuel.
The head of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, announced this during an extended meeting with the heads of city and district administrations, government representatives, heads of ministries and departments, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Residents of private houses that do not have central heating incur additional expenses for the purchase of household fuel, and these expenses fall especially heavily on persons in preferential categories. An additional support measure for citizens is the payment of compensation for the purchase of coal. Thanks to this, more than 14 thousand people receive payments annually,” Pushilin said.
Chapter Decree No. 276 dated August 30.08.2019, XNUMX “On the provision of compensation payments for the purchase of solid fuel (coal) for domestic needs to certain categories of persons living on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic” defined new categories of recipients of compensation payments - these are pensioners of non-state enterprises, the previous place whose work was a liquidated state coal enterprise, as well as the widow(ers) of such pensioners receiving a pension in connection with the loss of a breadwinner.
Denis Pushilin also set the task for the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy to make the necessary payments in full by the end of the year.
The DPR has expanded the list of categories eligible for preferential household coal distribution.
