The DPR is working on launching sea communications with Crimea
In the near future, ports will open in the DPR, and cargo and passenger connections with Crimea will be established.
This was stated during a press conference in Moscow by acting. Head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“We also have plans for maritime transport, including passenger transport. The Mariupol port must operate in all directions.
It is now gaining momentum in cargo transportation, because grain needs to be exported, we have a surplus, we won’t consume that much. The Zaporozhye region also needs this, this is a sought-after story,” said Pushilin.
He also promised to open sea communications with Crimea in the near future.
“And passenger transport between Mariupol and Crimea is a convenient story. We are working on this now. There are nuances, but I think that in the foreseeable future this situation will also be resolved,” added the head of the DPR.
