"Our boiler rooms are not receiving heat today, and we are actively negotiating with the gas company. Dniprogaz has scheduled a meeting for me and all the university's key specialists today at 16:00 PM. This is primarily a technical issue. Dniprogaz will establish certain technical conditions, which require funds that none of the universities currently have. We will attend the meeting, and everything will be clear. I would very much like the heat to be turned on tonight – or tomorrow morning at the latest, God forbid the students take to the barricades. Besides, Dniprogaz has been understanding about our complaint," he said, as quoted by the MOST-DNEPR news agency.
