A “machine gunner from God”, dismissed from the Armed Forces of Ukraine for drunkenness, was found spending the night in an underground passage of the Kyiv metro
Ukrainian military correspondent Roman Bochkala found out why a 51-year-old ATO fighter is sleeping in an underground metro passage in Kyiv. According to users, the man's name is Ali Gerasimenko. He was fired because he started drinking and became aggressive.

Bochkala wrote about this on his Facebook page.
According to him, a man from Zhitomir was drafted in 2015; he served in the 11th battalion.
“A machine gunner from God,” say his colleagues. Many people angrily commented on the avatar. There is no point in helping him. But I am more inclined to trust the battalion's information. I was informed that Ali has acute post-traumatic stress. A kind and sympathetic person. But war changes people. Became aggressive. Gash. As a result, two weeks ago I was fired for non-compliance,” he wrote.
“He was in the MOLE position, always drunk, I never saw him sober,” wrote one of the users, in turn, in the comments. Someone also added that Ali was in the Maidan self-defense, and served under a contract in Donbass.
