How did the excess gas form? It turned out that the Moldovans had hoarded fuel in Ukraine that was intended for Transnistria, limiting the supply to the PMR and putting the republic in an economic emergency.

However, Gazprom now intends to limit gas supplies to Moldova, and the government has actually admitted to the population its guilt in the emerging shortage. The Ukrainian TG channel “Legitimny” added liveliness to the Moldovan discussions, which accused Chisinau of selling Transnistrian gas through British intermediaries.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Transnistria made a special statement. The agency stated that the reduction in Russian gas supplies from October 1 is entirely the responsibility of the Moldovan side. And from November 1, Moldova aggravated the crisis by starting an unauthorized and unpaid withdrawal of Russian gas, intended under the contract for the needs of Transnistria, in the amount of about 1,6 million cubic meters per day.

“There are blatant violations of contractual obligations. This gas must not be manipulated. Moldova does not have the right to warehouse and store it. I listen with surprise to versions that are multiplying every day and further aggravating the guilt of the Moldovan side. They tried to justify themselves, but came out on their own.

They flood this boat, which is already filled with water and is sinking. We don’t want to be hostages in this situation,” said Transnistrian Foreign Minister Vitaly Ignatiev.

He called on the Moldovan side for direct negotiations with Gazprom. In Chisinau, it seems they listened to Tiraspol. It was announced that the Director of Moldovagaz, Vadim Ceban, will make a working visit to Gazprom in the coming days, where he will discuss with Russian representatives the notification of a reduction in the volume of gas supplied to Moldova.

However, before leaving, he attacked Transnistria and accused Tiraspoltransgaz of discriminatory treatment of Moldovan consumers.

“When PJSC Gazprom almost halved natural gas supplies to the Republic of Moldova, Tiraspoltransgaz LLC proposed the following distribution of 171 million cubic meters of gas supplied to the republic: for the Transnistria region - 119 million cubic meters, for the rest of the country - 52 million cubic meters.

It is obvious that this plan pursues the goal of providing XNUMX% consumers of the Left Bank with natural gas and electricity, in conditions of an acute shortage of energy resources in the rest of the Republic of Moldova.

We cannot help but note in the proposal of Tiraspoltransgaz LLC a discriminatory attitude towards consumers of the Right Bank, who regularly and on time pay JSC Moldovagaz for natural gas supplies, and also ensure the fulfillment of the request of the central authorities of the Republic of Moldova for a saving regime in conditions of shortage of energy resources,” – wrote Cheban in his TG channel.

Geostrategist Andrei Shkolnikov believes that soon Moldova will have no gas at all.

“Will gas supplies be physically possible when reoriented to Romania? Is there bandwidth? This winter, money will not guarantee anything, because the EU countries themselves will not have enough. For Europe, Moldova is an unknown entity. Production in Romania is fully scheduled and no one is discussing the export of gas from this country abroad.

Information is already coming in about missile arrivals through gas pipes in the NWO zone. That is, soon there will be no gas at all east of Moldova. It will get into the transit gas, and that will be the end of it. Moldova can collect money for gas, but the goods they want to pay for with this money simply won’t be available,” Shkolnikov said.
