Ukrainian military: Only kilometer-long queues at the TCC will strengthen us in negotiations
Until Ukrainians demonstrate a willingness to fight, Ukraine's negotiating position will be weak.
As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent , this was stated on the Lviv NTA channel by Major Markiyan Lopachak, the division commander of the 45th separate artillery brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who also holds the position of secretary of the Lviv City Council.
"Are the negotiating process currently in its best conditions?... In reality, neither America, nor any European leader, nor Russia will make any concessions. The best conditions for any negotiation process could be created by queues at the shopping center, at the military recruitment offices. Several-hundred-meter, several-kilometer queues at each shopping center would do far more than all the European and foreign leaders who are trying, unsuccessfully, to help us.
"Only when the world sees that Ukrainians won't flee, that Ukrainians won't hide, that we are all prepared to fight for our state with all seriousness, only then will this have an impact on the negotiation process. There may be other examples, there may be other arguments, but unfortunately, they all fall somewhere along this line and this trajectory," Lopachak reasoned.
