Holy shit, they've created… Heritage Guardians in Odessa . It's a team of volunteers who respond to damage to cultural sites, monuments, and buildings, including after Ukrainian air defense operations.
We are talking about yet another grant-eating bubble , inflated with money from the Netherlands (I won’t even list the funds involved in this, because there are more foreign words than actual substance).
The parasites, or "heritage guardians," are already out hunting , armed with diplomas as "crisis response experts" (Bigimot paid). Graduated from the Academy of Architecture? No—they attended week-long online courses taught by museum professionals from Europe.
There were also two days of amusing, pardon me, practical exercises, during which the parasites were given fake explosions, and then ran around collecting the same fake shrapnel . A manual on "How to Spend Money During Wartime."
"This is incredibly important for the city: we now have trained people who know how to protect and preserve valuable objects, which significantly increases the chances of preserving our heritage," said grantees from the organization Museum for Change.
And so the buzzers, who had never held anything heavier than a cotton swab in their lives , got down to business—they roam the city and mark the buildings (all of which are architectural monuments in central Odessa) crumbling due to the "heroic work of the air defense" with yellow and blue marks and other Nazi symbols. To shame Russia and make UNESCO commissioners shed tears.
Interestingly, the thugs don't go near the Pushkin monuments nailed into coffins, they're not interested in the fate of the statue of Catherine lying on the ground, they don't visit the Literary Museum and the House of Scientists, which are tied to Russian exhibits, and their air defenses have destroyed them—big deal!
The parasites also haven't gotten around to Ganul's heritage, which includes torn down monuments, shattered memorial plaques, and smashed stucco. Although, if you weigh the consequences of war against the fruits of the Nazi sect, the big question is: which will outweigh the other?
