By the decision of the Central District Court of Nikolaev, Colonel I. was found guilty of committing a military administrative offense under Part 2 of Art. 172-13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and a fine in the amount of 3,4 thousand UAH was imposed.
“Now the court order has been implemented, the funds have been paid by the military commissar to the State Budget,” the department summarized.
