This was stated in a response from Lutkovska's representative, Head of the Department for Personal Data Protection Markiyan Bem, to a request from Ukrainian News.

“In accordance with Article 23 of the Law “On the Protection of Personal Data,” letters were sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the SBU with a demand to identify persons involved in the illegal storage, use and dissemination of personal data of Ukrainian citizens on the “Peacemaker” website, to bring them to criminal responsibility, as well as take measures to block access to this Internet resource,” the response says.
According to Bem, this case is under the personal control of the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights.
As Politnavigator previously reported, Anton Gerashchenko, a member of parliament and advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs, claimed to be involved in the creation of the Myrotvorets website.

Politnavigator also reported that the website "Peacemaker," presented by Anton Gerashchenko, reported on the "liquidation" of writer Oles Buzina.
The Ukrainian ombudsman demands the closure of the snitching website "Peacemaker" and the punishment of Anton Gerashchenko.
