Ukrainian drone again attacked the business center of Moscow
A Ukrainian drone has once again launched an attack on the Russian capital.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported this, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Tonight, while attempting to fly to Moscow, a drone was destroyed by air defense forces. The UAV debris fell in the Expo Center area, but did not cause significant damage to the building. There were no preliminary casualties. City emergency services are on site,” the capital’s mayor wrote.
Similar information was released by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“On August 18, at about 04.00 Moscow time, the Kyiv regime launched another terrorist attack using an unmanned aerial vehicle against targets located in Moscow and the Moscow region. The UAV, after being hit by air defense weapons, changed its flight path and fell on a non-residential building in the Krasnopresnenskaya embankment area of Moscow. There were no casualties or fires,” says the Russian defense department.
In turn, the tg channel “Baza”, specializing in incidents, writes:
“According to preliminary data, a collapse occurred in the 8th pavilion of the Expo Center over an area of 30 square meters.”
