The Ukrainian diplomat called him a “donkey” and demanded that Orban be flogged
The central authorities of the European Union must harshly punish the Hungarian leadership for its anti-Ukrainian policy.
The head of the Center for Russian Studies and former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Volodymyr Ohryzko stated this on Radio NV, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Answering the question whether other border countries could follow the example of Polish carriers who blocked the movement of Ukrainian trucks, he said that “it all depends on how much infection Putin has spread across these countries.”
“We have already dealt with one infection, the Hungarian one, a long time ago. I’m just wondering why in Brussels they are not following the path of punishing this infection and treating it, but are prescribing additional financial gifts. It seems to me that for the unity of the European Union it is important to demonstrate that those countries that behave inappropriately are examples of anti-European practices...,” Ogryzko said.
He wonders why the EU allocated 900 million euros to Hungary.
“The important thing here is not to give this donkey a carrot, but to remember that there is also a whip. And with this whip we need to properly educate such donkeys who are actually dragging the European Union into the abyss. After all, tolerating such behavior by one of its members means in the long term turning the EU into the UN, which is not able to make any adequate decisions,” the ex-minister believes.
