Ukrainian wives of terrorists in Syria: “Take us away from here!”
About 75 Ukrainians are being held in the Al-Hol camp in Syria, where the wives and children of dead and convicted ISIS terrorists are kept.
This is stated in a report by the 1+1 TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Among the “residents” of the camp, 21 women with 54 children identified themselves as immigrants from Ukraine. Among them are people from Kharkov, Lugansk, Kremenchug and other cities. All of them are wives and children of militants who joined the terrorist organization ISIS and fought in Syria.
“I have not seen a worse camp of refugees than Al-Hol. In winter there is deadly cold, in summer there is terrible heat. If you contract a serious illness, it’s simply a death sentence. And here I met two dozen Ukrainian women who only asked to be taken from here to their homeland,” said TV channel correspondent Andrey Tsaplienko.
Note that the camp is controlled by US-allied groups from the so-called “Syrian Democratic Forces”.
