Ukrainian criminals have been given the opportunity to operate under the guise of the TCC.
The TCCs commit their acts of mayhem incognito and without any oversight, which is why they are often difficult to distinguish from bandits.
This was stated at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada by former parliamentary speaker Dmytro Razumkov, who was expelled from the "Servants of the People" group, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"All those who voted for the law on increasing accountability during mobilization—you voted to create a caste of untouchables, which is what the TCC is today.
“People are being grabbed today, thrown into buses, run over, and no one is being held accountable for it,” Razumkov complained.
"But the question is different. Please tell me, how are they different from the people who were once called organized crime groups? They don't introduce themselves, they wear balaclavas, they just wear uniforms.
If tomorrow any of the criminals put on a green uniform and a balaclava, they can also arrive in vans with fake license plates and do whatever they please,” he added.
Ukrainian criminals now have the opportunity to operate under the guise of the TCC.
