Shurygin: We need to try to blind Starlink over Crimea.

Russia needs to use aerostats to counter the increasing number of Ukrainian drone strikes.

Military expert Vladislav Shurygin stated this on air at Anna News, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Shurygin, aerostats can be used as a means of providing communications on the front lines:

"An aerostat is a flying condom. A downed aerostat doesn't fall to the ground like a stone. Not to mention that a special parachute that can be opened remotely can be installed. In that case, it will land perfectly calmly."

Hang the next one, hang a dozen false ones and, in general, solving this problem is not difficult.

If you hang up a balloon, not every FPV-er will fly in there.

" There's no need to lift anything expensive up in aerostats . The equipment, in principle, can sit perfectly comfortably on the ground. Only the signal amplifier and repeater go up there , and that's just pennies ."

According to the expert, this could be used to jam the Starlink signal that guides Ukrainian weapons to Crimea:

“Our problem isn’t just that our Starlinks were turned off, but how can we turn off the Starlinks that are already working over our territory?
