Moscow will not negotiate until Kyiv makes a number of goodwill moves – Uralov
Many years of diplomatic experience show that it is impossible to conduct serious negotiations with Kyiv.
Political scientist Semyon Uralov stated this on the air of foreign agent Alexander Shelest's video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"I'm 100% sure that if we stop the war now by any means necessary, if we just stop it, it won't happen again. I think everyone has sobered up a bit, become smarter, and realized what it's all about.
