Ukrainian Maidan activists will become Georgian homeless people
Anti-Russian protests in Georgia today have become the lot of political marginals and homeless people.
Director of the Progressive Policy Foundation Oleg Bondarenko writes about this in an article on the pages of Moskovsky Komsomolets, who shared his impressions of his trip to Tbilisi.
“On the square in front of the Georgian Parliament on Shota Rustaveli Avenue, there are two tents, in which about 10 people - apparently local homeless people, led by a couple of Tbilisi hipsters - are heatedly arguing about something. Nearby there are several cots, boxes with hot meals and a table with equipment. These are the last soldiers of the “Rose Revolution” - with stickers “Russia is an occupier” they want to prove that the large Russian-French businessman Bidzina Ivanishvili, who replaced Saakashvili in power, is an agent of the Kremlin. At least his photograph flaunts next to the photo of Vladimir Putin and (for some reason) Nikolai Patrushev against the backdrop of a swastika glued together from St. George’s ribbons,” writes the political scientist.

“In the evening, the “homeless” get cold and they prefer to hide in tents. For clarity of understanding: only 2008 years have passed since the “Russian aggression in South Ossetia,” as they usually call the events of August 10, and the active anti-Russian propaganda campaign associated with it. I am sure that very soon an identical picture will be seen on Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Kyiv,” Bondarenko predicts.
As PolitNavigator reported, Kyiv's homeless welcomed the march of neo-Nazis from the C14 group.
