Ukrainian swindlers lure money from gullible Europeans with stories about how bad life is under Poroshenko
Enterprising Ukrainian women adopted a technology known as “Nigerian letters”. And now, as in their time, “high-ranking officials” of this African country are sending requests for financial assistance around the world. The girls come up with dramatic stories - under the guise of victims of shelling and the deplorable situation in the country, they lure money from men for food, tickets and visas, and then “get into accidents.”

According to the publication, blacklists with hundreds of Ukrainian swindler brides and instructions “on how not to become a victim of a Ukrainian woman” have already appeared on the Internet.
“Foreigners are complaining en masse about the Ukrainian women they have become victims of. Girls trick gullible men out of €300 to €2,5 thousand for visas to meet their betrothed, and then “tragic events” happen to them: one was robbed, another got into a terrible accident, and the third’s documents were damaged due to for wars - during shelling in her native village of Chuguev (a city in the Kharkov region),” the publication says.

“I met a very beautiful Ukrainian woman on a website for starting a family. She said that she lives in the ATO zone, where every day she runs the risk of being killed. And due to the fact that there is no work in her region, she is forced to work for food. Her parents also have health problems, and her ex-husband constantly beat her. She showed me documents with stamps and a copy of her passport on Skype. I sent the girl $300, and after that she stopped contacting me. I did not contact the police. But I looked on the Internet that there are hundreds of such cases. It turns out that I’m not the only one,” says the deceived European.
“There are really hundreds of advertisements about such scams, including photos and even scans of passports of Ukrainian girls,” the authors of the publication summarize.
