Ukrainian radio host: We should have surrendered to Hitler, we would have lived like in Germany
The Ukrainian media began to circulate the thesis that the victory in the Great Patriotic War was in vain - unnecessary casualties could have been avoided by surrendering to Hitler, the host of a radio station in Kyiv convinced listeners during the holidays.
Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Vasily Volga, leader of the Union of Left Forces party, spoke about this incident.

“I was amazed today by one of the Ukrainian radio stations. I won’t name it, but I think the reader will understand which radio station I’m talking about. The main feature of this radio wave is a famous Moscow journalist. A Jew who wears an American cap and passionately hates his homeland. The name of this journalist is biblical - Matvey.
So here it is. Today, the host of one of the programs on this “progressive” radio broadcast a monstrous message: “Well, Victory. Well, Great. And then what?” The idea that she tried to develop in her program was the following: “Why are you running around with this Great Patriotic War?! Well, we fought, well, we died, so what? Stop chewing this Soviet gum! Those whom we defeated live a hundred times better than us, the victors. So maybe it would be better not to win at all?! We would surrender to the mercy of the victorious fascist and today we would live in Greater Germany!”
