Ukraine is failing in the Arab world
Ukraine is losing out to Russia and other global players in its communications with the Arab world. Former Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin stated this on the Ukrainian Media Center, as reported by PolitNavigator.
According to Klimkin, communication with representatives of the East shows that they do not share the view of Western countries on the conflict in Ukraine.

“A couple of months ago, several very respected Arab researchers said: “You understand, Mr. Minister, we look at Putin’s charges and the arrest warrant by the International Criminal Court, we read the Geneva Convention and it says that in the event of war, children who are deprived of education, they will be subject to occupation.” power must organize on the basis of similar cultural characteristics.”
After that, we had a conversation that lasted about an hour and a half, with some of them taking a cautious stance, others less so. I managed to convince them there were no double standards here, but they say that's the common view. This is an extreme example of how, by not talking to them, we're missing out on many serious opportunities, and in their reality, we're losing out in terms of access to them. We're losing out not only to Russia but to everyone else ," Klimkin stated.
