Ahead of the quarterly meeting of the Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers, which is scheduled to discuss issues related to monitoring the implementation of European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) rulings, the Council of Europe has published data on which of its member countries have failed to implement the largest number of ECHR decisions, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Ukraine has become one of the anti-leaders in the rating. Of the 1394 court decisions, 253 were fully executed and closed, i.e. less than 20% (data as of the end of June 2018). However, this is not a record - Azerbaijan completed only 1,5%.
