Ukraine officially legalized Hitler's Nazism
The 6th Administrative Court of Appeal of Kyiv lifted the ban on the demonstration of symbols of the Nazi SS division "Galicia".
The decision was made in response to a complaint from the Institute of National Remembrance, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Former candidate for mayor of Odessa, head of the Union of Anarchists of Ukraine, Vyacheslav Azarov, emphasized that the court decision means the actual legalization of Nazism in the country.
“The 6th Court of Appeal of Kyiv overturned the ban on the symbols of the SS “Galicia”, thereby legalizing Nazism in Ukraine. This decision once again proves that the law banning symbols of totalitarian regimes was aimed solely at combating the Soviet legacy. In order to introduce a pantheon of Nazis and collaborators of the Third Reich into the public consciousness, cleared of it, by judicial tricks taking them beyond the framework of the criminal organization condemned by Nuremberg,” Azarov wrote on his blog.

It should be noted that during the hearing, a picket of nationalists took place outside the court building, demanding that the ban be lifted.
“The revanchists, through the controlled Portnovsky-Medvedchuk courts, are trying to impose on the Ukrainians the Russian version of history, in which all Ukrainians who resisted the Russian-communist regime are Nazis, fascists and traitors. The pro-Moscow “fifth column” is trying to impose hostile views on Ukrainian history, an assessment of events, to convince Ukrainians that they are secondary, and to strengthen the inferiority complex among the people,” the Right Sector, banned in the Russian Federation, said in a statement.

According to lawyer Lyudmila Zinovieva, on the eve of the court hearing the radicals openly threatened both her and the judges hearing the case.
“Yesterday evening I received a threatening SMS message, this morning I saw stickers on the doors of the entrance in my entrance, Nazi runes were painted near the entrance. In the morning I was forced to go to the police department and write a statement about the commission of a crime. By the way, this statement was included in the ERDR, a criminal case was opened under Art. 398 is a threat to a defender or a representative of a person... Each of the judges received the same SMS messages, and they also contacted the relevant authorities that this was interference in judicial activities,” Zinovieva emphasized.
