Ukraine will not receive money from the US for large offensive operations – Bortnik
At best, US assistance to Kyiv will be half as much as it was a year and a half earlier, but even this is not guaranteed.
Political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this on the air of the internet channel "Wild Live", reports a correspondent of "PolitNavigator".

“In the US, please note that initially there was talk of $61 billion, and the Minister of Finance said the amount that is now being discussed in relation to a possible deal on Ukraine. 11,8 billion. I said earlier on air that the amount of 20-30 billion dollars used to appear in these agreements. Maybe this is only a part of this amount, but it will obviously be below 61,” the expert said.
“Let me remind you that as of September 2023, the United States has already allocated 130 billion to Ukraine. Then 60. Aid will fall, this assistance will clearly not be enough for new, large offensive operations, only for active defense, even if the United States comes to an agreement,” Bortnik said.
