Zelensky is worried: People disappointed with Ukraine are returning to the LDPR
The new Ukrainian government will conduct a dialogue only with the “population of Donbass”, and not with the leadership of the republics.
This was stated on the air of the talk show "Pulse" by former political strategist of President Volodymyr Zelensky, head of the "Servant of the People" party, Dmytro Razumkov, reports a correspondent for "PolitNavigator".
According to Razumkov, Zelensky’s strategy will be to communicate with displaced people and residents of regions not controlled by Kyiv.
“Some people were forced to return to the occupied territory, because here they were not given a job, nor decent housing, were not provided with a social package, and were not even given psychological help. People came from the war, when they were bombed, when they were shot at, when Grads flew across the border. And many returned there because, although there are holes in them, there is a roof over their heads and their home,” the politician said.
He believes that “you need to communicate with these people.”
“And this is the position that Zelensky voices, this will be one of the main strategies for returning these territories... We are not talking now about those who are guilty of state crimes or about those who are war criminals,” Razumkov said.
