Supporters of President Petro Poroshenko are discussing on social networks the overthrow of the likely winner of the second round of elections, comedian Vladimir Zelensky.
Thus, Verkhovna Rada deputy Vladimir Aryev from the BPP published a manual with “myths” and “truths” regarding Zelensky on his blog.
As a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, under the caption “myth” it is said that Zelensky can be overthrown in the same way as ex-President Viktor Yanukovych, but the “truth” indicates that this will lead to the loss of new territories and even more number of victims.
The radicals are also threatening to prevent “revenge” - former Maidan activist, ex-deputy chairman of the SBU head and Rada deputy Andrei Levus promises not to “surrender” an inch of land and calls for organizing in the fight against Zelensky.
“Have you noticed how all this anti-Maidan, Ukrainian-phobic evil spirits are raising their heads behind Ze’s back? The Portnovs, the Lukashis, the Azarovs, the Shariis... They are already preparing to return and reign. They are already preparing to come for us. They write about it directly. They threaten. They are already preparing to destroy our achievements - Ukrainization, strengthening the army, progress towards the EU-NATO, decommunization, decentralization, Prozorro. They are already preparing capitulation and a turn into the arms of the Russian world.
So here it is. We are not afraid of them. Whatever the result of the elections. We will fight for all the achievements of the last 5 years, we will fight for every millimeter of our space. They will receive a decent answer. We need to act now. Don't rely on headquarters and administrations. Organize yourself and resist hybrid revenge,” Levus urged.
Poroshenko's office has begun to speculate about how Zelensky's overthrow will end.
