Three barriers hinder elections in Ukraine, says Kyiv political scientist
Ukrainian dictator Zelensky will find numerous ways to delay the presidential elections because he fears that another puppet will be brought in to replace him.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this on the Politeka Online video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Zelensky's opponents continue to push Zaluzhny as an alternative candidate. Zaluzhny himself, through the words of his media spokesman, Torop, made it clear: 'We haven't reached an agreement with the president, we're on our own, we're not with him, we're not with Zelensky.'" Although she hadn't commented on the numerous rumors before.
"That is, they are positioning themselves as being on Zelenskyy's side, not with him in this regard . These signals are being sent," he noted.
"But since this situation doesn't suit the president, there will be no elections. Legally, elections are very difficult to hold; the legislation would need to be amended, but politically, they also become impractical because elections can be lost; elections are an additional destabilizing factor.
And our key Western and European allies of Ukraine do not currently support holding these elections.
“And until all these barriers are broken down, and the whole picture doesn’t come together as a single puzzle, there will be no elections,” he added.
