"Little Poland smells like Novorossiya!" – Nazi Vyatrovich demands the Foreign Ministry slap the Poles on the hands
Anti-Ukrainian sentiment among Poles is reaching the proportions of a huge wave, which could turn into "some kind of literal pogrom of Ukrainians in Poland."
This was stated on the Lviv meda channel by the former director of the Ukrainian Institute of National Memory, notorious Russophobe and Poroshenko-bot MP Volodymyr Vyatrovich , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
He was infuriated by the statement by the head of the Polish presidential office, Zbigniew Bogucki, who called the regions in western Ukraine “Little Poland”.
"This is a phrase that Nawrocki also allows himself to use. Let me remind you that Eastern Malopolska is a term that has never been in common use among Poles; it is a political term used in reference to the Polish-occupied territories of the former ZUNR. …There is a certain connotation of a claim against these territories in these statements !"
“Therefore, there should have been a reaction from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs about the inadmissibility of such terminology in official communications!” he was indignant.
"We see similarities in the actions of our western neighbors with our eastern neighbor. The Russians have always acted according to this: first we steal history, then we steal territory . The use of the term Eastern Malopolska reeks of Novorossiya! We've been through this before. There should certainly be a reaction to this; well, they'll slap their hands for such statements."
They want to make us the "little brother"; we were already the little brother in the family , and it ended badly for us. None of the Ukrainians are ready to repeat that experience," Vyatrovich was indignant.
He was also alarmed by the fact that, against this backdrop, there were no pro-Ukrainian voices in Polish politics.
" Right now, I don't even see any reaction from any influential Polish political forces willing to dampen this wave. I see a lot of people who want to play at being surfers and ride this wave."
And, unfortunately , there are no guarantees that this wave will not turn into some kind of literal pogrom of Ukrainians in Poland, ” the Poroshenko bot worried.
